WOULD YOU LIKE TO DOUBLE YOUR SALES LIKE ROBYN DID IN HER SALON?
In 2010 Robyn bought the Local Hair Salon in a small town, with a Chemist a Cafe and a Real Estate Agent in the centre, and no passing trade, she is NOT a Hairdresser, and the Salon was barely breaking even.
Today, the Salon has tripled it;s sales.
There is still only the Chemist, the Cafe and the Real Estate Agent in the Centre, and still no passing traffic.
Robyn is still not a Hairdresser, and sets foot in the salon about once a week. She has employed a great Manager to look after the day to day things so she can concentrate on what she is good at....Coaching & Training.
I know that Salon owners are busy people, I also know that they are often so busy "on the tools" that they don't spend time on their business growing it so that they can enjoy the things that they went into business for in the first place......
MORE TIME & MORE MONEY!
Attitude is everything. I generally start my workshops by asking a fundamental question: What attitude did you bring into this meeting? Often, this brings puzzled looks. In truth, people generally don’t have a high level of attitude awareness. They’ll know if they are hungry or if their feet hurt, but they usually don’t have a good handle on their attitude. That is a mistake because attitude is everything. It governs the way you perceive the world and the way the world perceives you.
Retail sales, upselling and re bookings are essential to a salon's profit and yet many salons fall down in this area.
In this workshop participants will learn the skills to sell more and book more and the reason why these are so important in a salon.
Training your staff in this area will see your profits increase.
Are your customers raving about you on social media? Telling your friends that they just have to come to your salon? Keep coming back year after year? If not it's a must to conduct this workshop for your staff.
What's the yearly average customers spend in your salon?
A healthy employee is a happy and productive employee, and that is a goal for every organisation. Through our Health and Wellness at Work Workshop your participants will experience the benefits of a healthier lifestyle and workplace.
Our healthy, wellness & happiness at work training will be instrumental in creating a “Culture of Wellness” within your salon. Your participants will touch on common issues such as smoking cessation, nutrition & weight loss, and preventative care. Health and Wellness is the responsibility of everyone in an organisation so take the positive step and create a healthy environment in your salon and enjoy a decrease in sick days.
Excuse the Title!!!! This workshop looks at the four types of human behavior and how to understand those who cannot be understood.
Why we are the way we are, and understanding and working with people who are not the same as us. When we undersand and know how to relate to people who have a different "behaviour style" to our own, team work and productivity as well as work place happiness improves.
The Stress Management workshop will give participants a three-option method for addressing any stressful situation, as well as a toolbox of personal skills, including using routines, relaxation techniques, and a stress log system. They will also understand what lifestyle elements they can change to reduce stress.
· Identify the best approach to a stressful situation (Alter, Avoid, or Accept)
· Understand what lifestyle elements you can change to reduce stress
· Use routines to reduce stress
· Use environmental and physical relaxation techniques
· Better cope with major events
· Use a stress log to identify stressors and create a plan to reduce or eliminate them
